Free intro Session
You’ll start with a free one-hour introductory session with one of our coaches. Our goal during this session is to answer any questions you may have about whether our program is right for you
Next is our four-class Foundations Program with one of our coaches. These sessions are designed to help you understand how to be mechanically efficient in our core set of movements.
Finally, you’ll move to our group classes. Our coaches will take you through the Workout of the Day (WOD) consisting of warm-ups, strength or skill training, metabolic conditioning, and cool-downs.
