CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Daily workouts incorporate gymnastics, weightlifting, kettlebells, dumbbells, running, rowing — and much more. All group classes are led by our certified coaching staff. No matter your age, experience, or fitness level, we can scale all the movements according to your needs, ensuring you receive the best workout you can while moving safely and efficiently. Workouts are also different every day, driving physical results in a short amount of time.
We designate certain class times as Open Gym. These sessions are for experienced athletes who want to follow their own routines or work on specific skills or exercises. We always have coaches on-hand during Open Gym times.
Heart Rate Monitoring
Members track their heart rates using MyZone wearable hardware and software. For every workout, the device analyzes how hard your heart is working and rewards MyZone Effort Points (MEPs), which are reflected in the mobile app. The app also includes community challenges, chat groups, and more. During classes, we also display everyone’s real-time heart rate zones!
We offer one-on-one fitness instruction provided by one of our certified fitness professionals. We tailor these sessions according to your specific needs, abilities, and objectives while ensuring your workouts are safe and effective.
We have a nutrition advisor on staff for any extra help you might need. Our nutrition coaching will get you on track to achieve your fitness goals and also make a difference in how you look, feel, and perform. We also periodically offer six-week nutrition challenges, complete with body scans, to drive accountability.
Krypto Kamp is our newest bootcamp-style workout program. These high-intensity, low-impact, and interval-based classes focus on bodyweight exercises, traditional calisthenics, and dumbbell and kettlebell movements. Classes run twice a week and are led by one of our seasoned coaches.
These strength and conditioning classes are perfect for teens who like to workout, stay in shape for school sports, or want to try something new.
