We will be watching the Open announcement Thursday at 8PM.
During the 5 week Open, we will also be offering a 7 PM ROMWOD class. Anyone can participate.
Bring a yoga mat.

Fridays will be OPEN GYM. You are free to do the Game’s WOD or a workout of your choice. Friday nights we will be judging game’s athletes.

Deadlift
*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 55% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 10 reps @ 65%
*Set 3 – 8 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 6 reps @ 80%

For Time:
100 Front Squats (155/105)
* Everytime you drop the bar complete 2 rounds of Cindy ( 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Air Squats ) *
