2 Power Snatch ( Does NOT have to be TnG, but should be very heavy today)

10 Ring Push ups (10 Push Ups)
15 DB Snatch 50/35
20 Single Arm DB Push Press 50/35
100′ Shuttle Sprint (4×25′)
