From Wednesday July 11th-Monday July 16th there will be no 4 P.M. classes. To make up for that hour we will have a 7 p.m. classes.
Wednesday, July 4th there will be 8 and 9 am classes only

Strength/Skill – Rope Climb. Wear your socks and climbing sneakers

2 HSPU (Strict, full range of motion HSPU (sub ONLY push-ups for 12 reps) no negatives, pike, kick-ups, etc….
2 Push Press or Jerk 135#/95#
4 Rope Climbs
4 HSPU
4 Push Press or Jerk
3 Rope Climbs
6 HSPU
6 Push Press or Jerk
2 Rope Climbs
8 HSPU
8 Push Press or Jerk
1 Rope Climb
