Strength/Skill – Weighted Pull-ups 3-3-3-3-3
WOD:
Mark two parallel lines 30 feet apart. A sprint to the far line, tag the line, and returning to the starting line is called one pass. Rest 30 seconds between rounds.

Complete 1 pass
25 Burpees
Round 2:
Complete 2 passes
25 Wall Balls -20# M/16# W
Round 3:
Complete 3 passes
25 Squats
Round 4:
Complete 3 passes
25 Burpees
Round 5:
Complete 2 passes

Complete 1 pass
