5 Barbell Complexes for time:
5 Front Rack Lunges – 83/125
5 Shoulder to Overhead – 83/125
9 Back Squats – 83/125

*Each full round is 1 barbell complex. So, essentially, you must complete 5 rounds of this workout. However, a complex means that the movements/the entire round must be done without putting the bar down. Scale appropriately so that you can perform each round unbroken. Rest as needed between rounds, although the point of this WoD is to get done in under the cut-off and as quickly as possible*
