For time, complete the following:
50 Box jumps, (24/20)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings 53/35
50 Walking Lunges
50 K2E
50 Push press (45/35)
50 Weight Good Mornings (45/35)
50 WB’s (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
Each person has to do 25 reps. Each round begins with a 100m run, done together.
Every time you switch you have to both do 2 Man makers.
