Congratulations to all who competed in the open. We hope you had fun and next year comes really fast. We all know we hit some weaknesses in our weekly WODS. Try to improve upon them for next year or even to up your fitness, which is why we are all here. If you would like you can add these goals to your warm-up and/or cool down.
On another note, I know we are all proud of Scott for making it in the top 20….Congrats!!!!
