10 Pull ups
11 Knees to elbows
12 Hang Cleans @ 95/65…..
…by the way workout goes like the song. (i.e on the first day of Christmas CrossFit gave to me one deeeadlift. On the second of Christmas CrossFit gave to me two push-ups and deeeadlift. On the third of Christmas CrossFit gave to me three push presses, two push ups and a deeeadlift.)
