*Girls doing this WoD Rx’d will set up 5′s on the inside, then 10′s, then 15′s on the outside. Men will set up 15′s on the inside, then 10′s then 15′s (or 10′s and 5′s depending on what’s available). Athletes will shed weight after each set of Shoulder to Overhead*
