3 Rounds of 1 min/AMRAP of each movement with a 1 minute rest between rounds:
-KB Swings 1.5/1 pood
-Bench Press 75/55lbs
-Box Jumps 20″
-Hang Power Cleans 75/55lbs
-Knees to Elbows
