We would to thank everyone who came down and particpated and supported the 31 HEROES WOD. The turn out was better than we had imagined. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves afterwards as well. If you are somewhat new to CrossFit the comradery and social interaction, as demonstrated Saturday, is a very big part of CrossFit. Please continue to enjoy and grow heathlier-fitter-stronger!!!!

A barbell complex = 5 Power Cleans, touch and go, 9 Thrusters, 15 Back Squats. You cannot rest the bar on the ground during or between movements. If you do, you start the complex over again. After your 15th back squat then you can rest the bar on the ground.
