With a Partner, Complete:
100 Box Jumps – 20/24
100 Pull-ups
100 Wallballs – 14/20 9ft/10ft
100 Burpees
1000 Meter Run
*Partners may work on the first two movements at the same time (Box jumps and Pull-ups), but they cannot be on the same movement at the same time. One partner may work on pull-ups while they other works on box jumps. They must complete all reps from those two movements before moving on to the next two movements (Wallballs and Burpees), which they can, again, work on at the same time, same rules. Once those two movements are complete, they can go out for there run. Their finishing time will be half way between the first partner’s time who comes through the door and the second partner. Therefore, both partners should run as fast as they can. NONE of these movements must be split evenly, but, of course, both partners must finish with the run*
