Starting MONDAY 6-25-12, THERE WILL NOT BE ANYMORE 5AM CLASSES. ALL TUESDAY / THURSDAY AM CLASSES ARE NOW 6AM & 7AM

Strength/Skill – Weighted Dips 5×5 (Rings if you are capable)

Three Rounds for Time of:
20 Walking One arm O.H. Lunges (20 each leg = 40) with K.B. or D.B.
20 Push-ups (Hand release)
20 Pull-ups

Let the trail knee on the walking lunge “kiss the ground” on each step.
