Strength/Skill – Bench Press – find your 3 rep max

On the Minute for 6 Minutes:
*30 Double-Unders (If you don’t do D/U’s, read below)
5 Deadlifts – 185/275
On the 7th Minute:
AMRAP Double-Unders
On the 8th Minute:
AMRAP Deadlifts
– Rest Two Minutes
Then……(beginning on the 11th minute)
AMRAP 3 Minutes
Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14
*Make sure you scale the Double-Unders in the first 6 minutes to a VERY manageable amount. Do not attempt to Rx this unless you are proficient at Double-Unders. Either scale the amount, or do a short amount of singles, probably not more than 30-40*
