*Pyramid means 10-9-8-7…….2-1, as in one partner does 10, then the other does 10, then they each do 9, 8, etc. Boys partnering together and girls partnering together must use the same bar and must use the same plate for the push-ups. The first partner in the door from the runs MAY start working on the pyramid, but obviously, they can only do the first set of 10 without their partner there*
