25 Wall Balls 20/14
Run 200 meters together

25 KB Swings 53/35
Run 200 meters together

* Partner 1 completes 25 Wall Balls , 200m Run together
* Partner 2 completes 25 Wall Balls, 200m Run together
* Partner 1 completes 25 KB Swings, 200m Run together
* Partner 2 completes 25 KB Swings, 200m Run together
* Repeat until each partner completes 3 sets of each
